Cushions, lampshades & Greeting Cards get dispatched to either Aramex or Australia Post daily and in most cases, your purchase will arrive within 1-4 business days. Art work can take a couple of days longer as it requires more delicate transport
Yes they do! Your cushion will arrive filled and ready to enhance your desired room. We choose to use micro-cotton fillings which give the "chop" look if you like but we don't support any practices that are not animal & environmentally friendly
No problems here, we've all had a rush of blood and pushed the Buy Now button! Simply follow the returns policy within 14 days and as long as it is in the same condition we sent it, you'll get a full refund
Absolutely! All cushions are removable and can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not dry clean or tumble dry . Give them an iron on linen setting when you're done
We've taken great care with photography and lighting to get the representation of all products as close to real life as possible. Some products such as cushions have natural variations so may appear different. If you're not happy with the one you've received simply follow the returns policy and we can refund or exchange as required
